The Map Back To You
You've spent so long being who everyone else needs. Somewhere along the way, you lost track of who you actually are.
A personal report written just for you — by someone who sees you clearly, and wants to reflect that back.
From the outside, everything looks fine
You’re a capable woman. You show up. People rely on you and you don’t let them down.
But somewhere underneath all of that, something has quietly shifted. You can’t quite name it. You’re not in crisis — it’s more like you’ve put yourself on the back burner for so long that it started to feel normal.
And yet there’s this quiet thought you keep coming back to: I’ve done everything right. Why doesn’t it feel right?
You’re here. And that means something.
You've been giving away pieces of yourself for a long time
To your kids, your partner, your work, the people who needed you. And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.
The hardest part isn’t what you’ve given. It’s that not many people have really seen you. Your gifts. The weight you carry on your shoulders. And when someone has — you’ve probably brushed it off. You always do.
So you stopped checking in with yourself. And now when you do, you’re not sure you trust what you hear.
The thoughts that won't quiet down
You know the ones…
- I don’t even know what I want anymore. I forgot to keep track.
- I keep waiting for things to settle down. They don’t.
- I’ve spent so long looking after everyone else, I’m not sure where the old me went.
- I know something needs to change. I just don’t know what.
- I want to feel like myself again, but I’m just not sure what that means anymore.
You’ve probably already done a lot of reflecting. Journaling. Conversations with people you trust. The difference is that none of those give you a view from outside your own life. When you’re inside it, you can only see so far.
What’s different about the Map is that it’s written from the outside. By someone who can see the whole picture — without letting your own self-doubt get in the way.
“The Map reflects me back to myself in a positive, affirming way.” ~ Marlene Allbright ~
What The Map Actually Is
It’s not a quiz result, a generic personality profile or a plan.
It’s a personal 10–12 page report written specifically for you — your life, your patterns, this season. It reads like a conversation with someone who already knows you. Someone who sees what you’ve been carrying and reflects it back — clearly, and without judgement.
Many women tell me the intake alone brings the first wave of relief. It asks things you may not have thought to ask yourself.
Your responses are combined with your Human Design chart: a blueprint of how you’re naturally wired. You don’t need to know anything about it — that’s what the Map is for.
What comes back is written in plain language. Think of it as the kindest mirror you’ve ever looked into.
What's Inside Your Map
Every section is written specifically for you — your life, your patterns, this season.
-
How you're naturally wired
How you move, make decisions, and recover your energy — interpreted for where you are right now. Not a label. An explanation that finally makes sense of you.
-
What's draining you and why
An honest look at the patterns and roles that may be costing you more than they should. Naming this is often the first thing that brings relief.
-
Your natural strengths
The qualities that are most authentically yours — the ones you overlook or talk yourself out of. Finally seen and reflected back clearly.
-
A compass for what's next
Not instructions. Not a prescription. Just enough clarity that moving forward starts to feel possible — in your own way, at your own pace.
Is the Map right for you?
A good fit IF:
- Something feels off — about how you're living, who you've become, what you actually want — and you can't quite land on what it is
- You've lost touch with yourself and you're not sure when that happened
- You want an honest, grounded perspective — not someone telling you what to do
- You're open to understanding how you're naturally wired as a way back to trusting yourself
not the right fit If:
- You’re looking for a plan or someone to tell you what to do next
- You're in acute crisis and need immediate professional support
- You're mainly interested in the Human Design framework rather than a report about your own life
a Note from Kerry
I’ve been coaching women through life transitions since 2008. And the woman I see most often isn’t in crisis. She’s capable. She’s thoughtful. She’s done a lot of self-reflection.
But somewhere along the line she stopped believing that what she thinks, feels, and wants actually matters.
I see her. I recognize her. And I want her to know: you’re ok exactly as you are.
The Map won’t fix you. It won’t tell you what to do. It will simply show you what’s already there — clearly enough that you can finally stop talking yourself out of it.
In Their Words
Here's How It Works
You purchase the Map and receive a short intake form — questions about where you are right now, what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping might shift. A mix of reflective questions and a few factual details, including birth information if known. Some questions are essential…a small number are optional — share only what you’re comfortable with.
Your Map is written personally, based on everything you share. It arrives in your inbox within 5 business days.
Your Map Back to You
I want your Map to feel true to you. If something doesn’t land, tell me and I’ll make it right.
