The Map Back To You

You've spent so long being who everyone else needs. Somewhere along the way, you lost track of who you actually are.

A personal report written just for you — by someone who sees you clearly, and wants to reflect that back.

From the outside, everything looks fine

You’re a capable woman. You show up. People rely on you and you don’t let them down.

But somewhere underneath all of that, something has quietly shifted. You can’t quite name it. You’re not in crisis — it’s more like you’ve put yourself on the back burner for so long that it started to feel normal.

And yet there’s this quiet thought you keep coming back to: I’ve done everything right. Why doesn’t it feel right?

You’re here. And that means something.

You've been giving away pieces of yourself for a long time

To your kids, your partner, your work, the people who needed you. And somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.

The hardest part isn’t what you’ve given. It’s that not many people have really seen you. Your gifts. The weight you carry on your shoulders. And when someone has — you’ve probably brushed it off. You always do.

So you stopped checking in with yourself. And now when you do, you’re not sure you trust what you hear.

The thoughts that won't quiet down

You know the ones…

  • I don’t even know what I want anymore. I  forgot to keep track.
  • I keep waiting for things to settle down. They don’t.
  • I’ve spent so long looking after everyone else, I’m not sure where the old me went.
  • I know something needs to change. I just don’t know what.
  • I want to feel like myself again, but I’m just not sure what that means anymore.

You’ve probably already done a lot of reflecting. Journaling. Conversations with people you trust. The difference is that none of those give you a view from outside your own life. When you’re inside it, you can only see so far.

What’s different about the Map is that it’s written from the outside. By someone who can see the whole picture — without letting your own self-doubt get in the way.

What The Map Actually Is

It’s not a quiz result, a generic personality profile or a plan.

It’s a personal 10–12 page report written specifically for you — your life, your patterns, this season. It reads like a conversation with someone who already knows you. Someone who sees what you’ve been carrying and reflects it back — clearly, and without judgement.

Many women tell me the intake alone brings the first wave of relief. It asks things you may not have thought to ask yourself.

Your responses are combined with your Human Design chart: a blueprint of how you’re naturally wired. You don’t need to know anything about it — that’s what the Map is for.

What comes back is written in plain language. Think of it as the kindest mirror you’ve ever looked into.

What's Inside Your Map

Every section is written specifically for you — your life, your patterns, this season.

a Note from Kerry

I’ve been coaching women through life transitions since 2008. And the woman I see most often isn’t in crisis. She’s capable. She’s thoughtful. She’s done a lot of self-reflection.

But somewhere along the line she stopped believing that what she thinks, feels, and wants actually matters.

I see her. I recognize her. And I want her to know: you’re ok exactly as you are.

The Map won’t fix you. It won’t tell you what to do. It will simply show you what’s already there — clearly enough that you can finally stop talking yourself out of it.

In Their Words

“Completing the intake form was SO helpful. The questions pulled out what was really going on and gave me clarity about the places in my life where I’m not happy instead of skimming over them. I felt safe to say ALL the things — even the ones I hadn’t wanted to admit — and seeing it reflected back with simple suggestions (without trying to fix or overhaul my life) was such a relief. The Map feels like the kindest mirror I’ve ever looked into, and a reminder that it’s okay for my time, energy, and focus to come back to me.”

"Before reading my Map, I was at a transition point in my life. After reading it, I felt clearer about what’s going on and more grounded and settled in this season. The sections on what I’m outgrowing, my direction forward, and the anchor for the season ahead felt incredibly accurate — that was the moment I thought “oh, you’ve got my number.” I was blown away by how quickly you interpreted my relational style and needs. I’ll be returning to this Map to remind myself how I operate and how to move forward most effectively."

“The Map gave me language for how I live and experience my world, which brought clarity at a transition point in my life. It helped me understand what’s actually going on for me instead of second-guessing myself. The way it suggested moving forward felt gentle and realistic — a reminder that change doesn’t have to be dramatic. It can match my rhythm and feel sustainable. It was a confirmation of what I know to be true about myself and allowed me to bring movement and expansion into my life my way.”

"Before reading my Map, I felt stuck and in-between, unsure what I needed. After reading it, I felt more grounded, self-aware, and calmer, even in a time of uncertainty. The sections on who I’ve always been, my gifts, and my emotional rhythm were deeply validating and resonant. The most useful part was the naming of patterns, especially recognizing that I’m outgrowing staying in something just because it’s comfortable — it helped me see that I don’t feel aligned right now. The Map gave me something real to return to as I consider what I want next."

Here's How It Works

You purchase the Map and receive a short intake form — questions about where you are right now, what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping might shift. A mix of reflective questions and a few factual details, including birth information if known. Some questions are essential…a small number are optional — share only what you’re comfortable with.

Your Map is written personally, based on everything you share. It arrives in your inbox within 5 business days.
