Based on your Prime-of-Life Purpose quiz results, you're the...

Courageous Voyageur

You love to jump into life with both feet — and aren’t afraid to steer your ship into uncharted waters.

Others are amazed at your fearlessness.

Your ability to make waves and take risks is what sets you apart — especially when it comes to going after what you want in life.

Lots of women are afraid to rock the boat — but NOT you!

You enjoy adventure and are curious to see what lies beyond the horizon.

In your mind, life is for living to the fullest, so you want to dive in and make the most of it! (You’re revving up while the rest of us are starting to slow down!)

Because you're so confident and bold, you’re an expert at steering your ship and moving forward in life in a no-nonsense kind of way!

In other words, when it comes to your personality, you know that being clear and concise and asking for what you want (without apologizing to anyone!) helps move you closer to your ideal life — one full of clarity and purpose.

Because of this, you’re the Courageous Voyager, ready to set sail and embark on your next exciting adventure!

With your competitive, take-charge personality, surfing the next wave of your life is totally your *thing*!

But with your personality, there's just ONE thing to keep in mind if you want to create your ideal life (a life that reflects what matters most to YOU)...

It’s being patient with the process and taking the time to make sure you know who you are AND what you really want!

In other words, slowing down long enough to listen to and follow your inner voice.

Yet I know that navigating this stage of life can sometimes feel a bit nerve-wracking. You may feel like you’ve been watching your life happen around you — as though you were a bystander rather than an active participant in it.

You might be feeling...

And because of this, you could be telling yourself you’re…

lost at sea

You’ve been caring for others for so long that you’ve lost touch with yourself. You don’t know who you are anymore, or where you’ve gone, or IF the ‘old you’ will ever come back!

Stuck in analysis-paralysis quicksand

You’ve wanted to make changes, but you keep overthinking it. You don't know how to narrow it down to one goal and create a solid plan to move forward.

Drowning in the day-to-day

You bounce all over, not knowing what the right move is. You let excuses and distractions get in the way. You avoid doing things you’ve never done before because it feels too hard or scary.

Swimming in a sea of doubt

You have a bad case of imposter syndrome. You fear being judged by others and wonder if it’s irresponsible to make a change at this stage of life. You’re scared to put yourself out there and wonder "what will people think?"

Worried about the sands of time

You wonder if your time has passed, you’re too old to jump into something new, or if the best years of your life are behind you.

If this sounds familiar...

I GET IT! I’ve been there, too…

I grew up as the natural peacekeeper in my family. As the youngest of four, I felt like it was my job to make everyone else happy! I was trapped in this people-pleasing cycle for decades. I had no idea who I really was and what I really wanted.

On the outside, I looked confident, but on the inside I was drowning in my self-doubts. And then I had my first big course correction — aka my divorce!

Which forced me to overcome my insecurities, believe in myself more, and become the woman I was meant to be — not the one I’d been told to be. I was finally able to embrace my own unique gifts, go after what I wanted, and create an authentic life on my own terms (which is exactly what I’ve done).

And now it’s YOUR turn to do the same.

To rediscover yourself, reclaim your hidden treasures, and SEAS the day in your own life!

But first I’d like to share the top 3 “rip tides” (AKA struggles)  I see women over 50 Get caught in...

(Pssst… if you’ve ever found yourself caught in one of these “rip tides,” I’ve included a quick tip on how you can “ride the wave” to more freedom and fulfillment!)

Rip Tide #1 – Focusing On Others

You've been taking care of others' needs for years but have forgotten to take care of your own. You've lost touch with yourself and what brings you joy. You don’t know who you are or what you want anymore.

Ride the Wave #1 - Focus on YOU

Check-in with your body, mind, and spirit. Get to know yourself again. So you can make empowered choices about your future based on your own wants, needs and desires.

Rip Tide #2 – Lack of Self-Compassion

As a woman you're probably more critical of yourself than you are of others. But treating yourself unkindly doesn't serve you. It just keeps you stuck.

Ride the Wave #2 – Be Kind to YOU

It's time to accept yourself, just as you are. Remind yourself that you’re doing the best you can (like everyone else is). And treat yourself like would your own best friend.

Rip Tide #3 – Waiting for the *Right* Moment to Take Action

When you feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, it's hard to move forward. You think you need to have it all figured out first, before you make a change, but you don’t.

Ride the Wave #3 – Take Baby Steps

There's no perfect time to take a leap. Get clear on your vision, then take baby steps forward. Towards what feels good and away from what doesn’t. And before you know it, you’ll arrive at a whole new destination.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

Imagine what it would be like if you could stop feeling like you were drowning and…

You no longer feel like your head is underwater. Instead, you can finally breathe freely and swim to the other shore: toward a life that feels right for you.

Make a big splash

You show up fully for yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and put yourself out there. You finally take the leap and follow your heart! (Without letting your fear or self-doubt hold you back!)

Trust the ebbs and flows

You allow yourself to dream and explore creative outlets. You give yourself permission to do what’s in your heart and go at your own pace — knowing it’s never too late to dip your toes in the water (or jump in headfirst)!

Steer the ship

You take control of your future and create your life based on what you really want. You have a sense of accomplishment and feel on top of the world. You’re proud of who you are and where you’re headed next.

Let your cares drift away

A huge weight has been lifted off you. You feel liberated and free. You’re finally listening to your own inner voice and being who you’re meant to be in the world (and wow, doesn’t it feel great!).

These are ALL attainable goals — and I’m going to show you how they’re possible…

Using my 5-step B.E.A.C.H. Coaching Framework...

…you’ll go from feeling like you’ve been swept away by the rip tides of life, to feeling relaxed, confident, and free on your own sunny beach, knowing you’re finally living a life you love. Through 1:1 coaching I’ll help you…

Kerry helps me focus on what I want!

Before I forget, let me introduce myself...

life coach for women

Hi, I’m Kerry Hanna, an Empowerment Coach.

My mission is to help women over 50 who feel lost, stuck or confused about their next steps, rediscover themselves and their purpose, and find the confidence to take a leap and follow their heart.

After decades of confusion and working in the *wrong* jobs — and ignoring my desire to do something more meaningful with my life — I finally found the courage to take my own leap!

I got a student loan, quit my full-time admin job, and spent the next year in school, getting certified as a life coach.

Yet it still took me another decade — into my early 50’s — to really believe in myself, start my own business, and put my coaching skills to good use!

So I know exactly what it’s like to bury your authentic voice, keep doing the ‘responsible’ thing, and sit on the sidelines of your own life — all the while knowing you want something more… sooooo much more!

And I’m here to help you figure it out – because I know from personal experience that it’s never too late to go after your dreams — and live a life where you feel good in your own skin and don’t care what anyone else thinks!

Yay you!

If you’ve made it down this far you might be ready to take the next step in finding your Prime-of-Life Purpose — and you know you need someone to help you break free from all the ‘shoulds’, ditch your fears and doubts, and sail into your next chapter with more confidence!

If you’re like, “OMG YES! This is so me!” I invite you to set up a FREE 30-minute Discovery Call with me so we can see if we’re a good fit to work together (cuz I’m all about the fit).

It’s time to take charge of your own happiness and create your ideal life — one full of purpose, meaning, and joy!
