I GET IT! I’ve been there, too…

I grew up as the natural peacekeeper in my family. As the youngest of four, I felt like it was my job to make everyone else happy! I was trapped in this people-pleasing cycle for decades. I had no idea who I really was and what I really wanted.

On the outside, I looked confident, but on the inside I was drowning in my self-doubts. And then I had my first big course correction — aka my divorce!

Which forced me to overcome my insecurities, believe in myself more, and become the woman I was meant to be — not the one I’d been told to be. I was finally able to embrace my own unique gifts, go after what I wanted, and create an authentic life on my own terms (which is exactly what I’ve done).

Rip Tide #2 – Lack of Self-Compassion

As a woman you're probably more critical of yourself than you are of others. But treating yourself unkindly doesn't serve you. It just keeps you stuck.

Ride the Wave #2 – Be Kind to YOU

Become aware of your self-talk and practice self-acceptance, self-care and self-compassion. Let go of the ‘do more’ mindset, and relax into knowing you’re ‘enough’, just as you are.
H = Hope

Increase your self-confidence and remain hopeful about life by exploring mindfulness and gratitude, and co-creating with the Universe (or whatever you believe in).

Hi, I’m Kerry Hanna, a Women’s Empowerment Coach.

My mission is to help women over 50 who feel lost, stuck or confused about their next steps, rediscover themselves and their purpose, and find the confidence to take a leap and follow their heart.

After decades of confusion and working in the *wrong* jobs — and ignoring my desire to do something more meaningful with my life — I finally found the courage to take my own leap!

I got a student loan, quit my full-time admin job, and spent the next year in school, getting certified as a life coach.

Yet it still took me another decade — into my early 50’s — to really believe in myself, start my own business, and put my coaching skills to good use!

So I know exactly what it’s like to bury your authentic voice, keep doing the ‘responsible’ thing, and sit on the sidelines of your own life — all the while knowing you want something more… sooooo much more!

And I’m here to help you figure it out – because I know from personal experience that it’s never too late to go after your dreams — and live a life where you feel good in your own skin and don’t care what anyone else thinks!
