I trained as a coach at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver in 2008.
For more than 15 years, I’ve supported women navigating life transitions — the moments when something in life shifts and what comes next isn’t immediately clear.
That experience has taught me how to listen carefully, notice patterns quickly, and help women make sense of what’s actually happening without pressure or urgency.

Each 50-minute session is tailored to you. We’ll have a deep, heart-centered conversation, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and map out simple, aligned steps to move forward. I’ll guide you with intuitive insight, practical tools, and plenty of encouragement.
All 1:1 coaching sessions are done by phone. I’ve found I can tune into your energy and intuition more clearly this way — and many of my clients actually prefer it. (Plus, let’s be honest… most of us are all Zoomed out!)
Totally normal. Change can feel scary — even when it’s something we want. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll walk beside you, offering guidance and support every step of the way, at a pace that feels right for you.

Your Discovery Call is a relaxed, no-pressure chat. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk through what’s been feeling stuck or off for you, and see if 1:1 coaching with me feels like the right fit. There’s no hard sell — just an honest conversation about where you’re at, what you need, and how I can support you moving forward.
You can choose to pay in full or select a monthly payment plan at checkout. All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. If you’re paying in full, your payment must be received at least 24 hours before your first session. If you’re on a payment plan, your first payment must be made at least 24 hours before we begin. If payment isn’t received on time, we’ll simply reschedule your session.
