Life Transitions Coaching for Women at a Turning Point
You know something in your life needs to change. You're just not sure what — or where to begin.
When you stop second-guessing and start trusting yourself again
Especially when you've spent years putting everyone else first
Life transitions coaching isn’t about figuring out what’s wrong with you — it’s about getting back to what you already know.
If you’re at a point where the life you’re living doesn’t quite fit anymore — or you’ve simply forgotten what you actually want — that’s enough to begin.
Most women I work with have been so outwardly focused for so long, they’ve lost the thread back to themselves. And the longer that goes on, the harder it is to remember what they actually want — or to trust it when they do.
That’s what these sessions are for.
What our sessions actually look like
Unhurried conversation — just you, your life, and what you actually want
In our sessions, we slow things down enough for you to actually hear yourself.
Not the noise. Not what everyone else needs from you. You.
That might mean making sense of a decision that keeps circling. Sorting through a season that’s harder than it looks from the outside. Or just finally saying out loud what you’ve been quietly carrying.
Over time, things begin to settle — not because someone told you what to do, but because you can hear yourself more clearly. And when you can hear yourself, you trust yourself.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have it all figured out before you arrive.
I’ve named what that journey “back to you” tends to look like — not as a rigid path, but as a way of recognizing where you are and what might come next. Every woman moves through it differently…
The Back to You Framework
A simple, steady path back to yourself
- RECONNECT — You slow down enough to hear yourself again. Not the noise, not what everyone else needs — your own voice. We work on getting quiet, noticing what your body is telling you, and learning to trust what comes up when you actually pause.
- CLARIFY — You start paying attention to how things actually feel — not how they're supposed to feel. What energizes you. What drains you. And what you actually value, underneath everything. When you know that, you have something steadier to come back to.
- STRENGTHEN — You begin to see where your boundaries need to be, and that you're allowed to have them. Not as a concept. As something you actually practice, one situation at a time.
- HONOUR — You get gentler with yourself. You notice your self-talk (the critical voice that's been running in the background) and you start choosing not to follow it. Self-trust builds here, quietly.
- MOVE FORWARD — You take small steps. Your steps, at your pace. Nothing dramatic. Just steady movement that adds up — in a direction that's actually yours.
This work isn’t about overhauling your life.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself so your next steps are chosen, not forced.
You'll be working with someone who understands this from the inside
Nearly 20 years of experience — and a personal understanding of what this season in life actually feels like
As a certified life transitions coach, I’m not just trained in this work — I’ve lived it.
I know what it’s like to keep functioning on the outside while something quietly unravels on the inside.
That combination of personal experience and nearly 20 years of coaching means I can hear what you’re not quite saying yet — and help you find your way back to yourself, at your own pace.
Coaching Support For Women In Life Transition
Choose the level of support that fits this season of your life

Map Back to You
$49 CAD
A personalized report
No calls, no commitment
Something feels off — and you can’t quite name it yet. You’re not ready to commit to ongoing coaching, but you want to understand yourself more clearly before you take a next step.
The Map Back to You is a personal report — 10 to 12 pages, written specifically for you, based on your life right now. A clear, compassionate picture of how you’re naturally wired, what’s been draining you, and why you keep second-guessing yourself.
Not a personality report. A mirror, held gently. It doesn’t tell you what to do. It shows you who you already are.
Best if you want to see yourself clearly — without committing to ongoing coaching.

Next Step Back to You
$749 CAD
6 x 50-min sessions over 3 months
By phone
Something is shifting —and you want a consistent place to think it through as it unfolds.
Across six sessions, we work with what’s actually happening in your life. The work moves with you — through decisions, identity shifts, and the process of coming back to yourself.
This isn’t about working toward a single outcome. It’s about hearing yourself clearly enough to trust what you already know.
Best if you’re in the middle of a transition and want steady support over three months.

Journey Back to You
$1349 CAD
12 x 50-min sessions over 6 months
By phone
Some things take longer than three months. Not because something is wrong — because real change needs room to unfold at its own pace.
Across twelve sessions, we work through the full picture — what’s shifting, what you actually want, and what’s been getting in the way. The work deepens over time in a way that a shorter container simply can’t.
This isn’t a faster version of six sessions. It’s a different kind of support — sustained, unhurried, and built for the longer arc.
Best if you know you need more than a next step.
Not sure which one’s right for you? Start with a free 20-minute call — no pressure, no commitment. If it’s not a fit, we’ll both know, and you’ll leave with more clarity than you arrived with.
If you're skeptical — that makes sense
Most women who find their way here have already tried to figure it out on their own. They’re not new to self-reflection. They’re capable, thoughtful, and a little skeptical that talking to someone is going to change anything.
What’s different isn’t the talking. It’s having a space where you can finally hear yourself — without the noise of everyone else’s needs, without pressure to have an answer, and without someone telling you what to do.
You don’t have to be in crisis to start. But the longer you wait, the more energy goes into managing something you could actually change.
Here's how it works
- Book a free 20-minute call — just to talk about where you are and whether this is a fit.
- If it feels right, we choose the level of support that fits this season of your life.
- Sessions happen by phone, on a schedule that works for you — no prep required, no agenda to bring.
- We start where you are, and work from there.
What women say about working together
From women who were right where you are now
Questions women ask before they reach out
That’s probably the most common thing I hear. Most women who reach out have been telling themselves they should be able to figure this out on their own — and they’re not wrong that they could, eventually. But there’s a difference between managing and actually moving. If you’ve been going in circles for a while, or you keep coming back to the same questions without getting any closer to an answer, that’s usually a sign that a different kind of support would help. You don’t have to be stuck enough to deserve it.
If you’re asking that question, chances are you’re probably ready. Most women wait until they’re more stuck than they need to be. You don’t have to have it bad enough to deserve support. Feeling off is enough of a reason.
We talk — by phone, no video required. I ask questions, you think out loud, and together we start to make sense of what’s underneath the surface. There’s no homework you’ll dread, no personality tests to complete. It’s a conversation that goes somewhere.
You don’t need to arrive with an agenda. Most women show up knowing something feels off — but not much more than that. That’s enough. Part of what we do in early sessions is get clear on what’s actually going on, which is often different from what you think it is.
Because as an intuitive coach, this is how I work best. Without a screen in front of me, I can fully tune in: to the nuance in your voice, the pause before you answer, the energy underneath what you’re saying.
It’s also what I teach. Reconnecting with yourself. Coming back to your body. Trusting what you notice. Video calls can take you away from all of that.
Turns out, research backs this up too — audio-only conversations actually create better one-to-one connection than video calls do. But honestly, I knew that long before I read the studies.
I’ve worked with women by phone for nearly 20 years. It works.
Just head to my contact page — you can send me a message or book a free 20-minute call. No commitment, no pitch. Just a chance to ask what you need to ask and get a feel for whether this is the right fit.
Most women know pretty quickly.
Not sure where to start?
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before we talk — just that something needs to shift.
A 20-minute call costs you nothing. And you’ll leave knowing whether this is the right fit.
