I’m in that in-between space again. The one I call “limbo-land.” The space between no longer and not yet (as Life Coach, Nancy Levin calls it).
I’ve left some things behind.
That I was ready to let go of.
A few old habits and routines.
That weren’t healthy.
A relationship that wasn’t serving me anymore.
It was time to let go. And move on.
And while I feel a bit nervous about my future, I feel excited too.
About what it might look like for me.
My new path. A next chapter.
I have lots of ideas.
Percolating just beneath the surface.
But no clear vision.
Yet.
So I feel a bit restless in this space too.

And impatient with myself.
I like clarity.
I thrive on it.
And as a Life Coach, I’m really good at helping other women find clarity.
But because of this — of helping others who’ve been lost in limbo-land, too — I know that you can’t rush clarity.
It just doesn’t work that way.
That the best thing you can do, until clarity arrives, is to be patient with yourself.
To breathe.
To allow yourself to be there – in this space of not knowing – for as long as it takes.
For your idea to manifest.
Your vision to unfold.
Because clarity WILL arrive. It always does.
In its own time.
In the meantime,
Be kind to yourself my friend.
Breathe.
And learn to honour the space between no longer and not yet.

Great post. We can’t rush clarity. But we can find ease in knowing that it’ll come in the perfect time. Thanks for the reminder. X
My pleasure! I write to remind myself too. 😉
I agree, sometimes it’s difficult to give it time though 🤔
Yes it is. Breathing helps. As is trusting that it all works out in the end. 😉 🙏🏻
