It’s wild how we can feel so energized one minute…
And then totally flat a few weeks later.
February in Mexico meant sunshine, ocean walks, and vibrant people.🌞
And a kind of buzz that made me feel awake and alive in the best way.

It reminded me of how good life can feel when I’m truly connected to myself.
And doing what I love.
But over these past few weeks?
My beach-bum spark kinda faded.
And in its place…blah. 🫤
I caught myself just going through the motions again.
Same routine. Same four walls.
The same feeling of “ugh, is this all there is?”
Maybe you know that feeling too.
When your days feel a little too quiet.
And a little too repetitive…
When you start to question your energy. Your motivation.
And maybe even yourself.
It’s not that anything’s wrong — but something definitely feels off.
You feel stuck. Trapped.

Like you’re waiting for something — or someone — to shake things up for you.
Boy have I been there.
In the past, I might’ve spiraled. 😵💫
Questioned everything.
Put pressure on myself to do something drastic. Implode my life.
But not anymore.
Instead I remembered this quote:
“Inch by inch, life’s a cinch. Yard by yard, life’s hard.” ~ John Bytheway
So rather than try to take a big leap I asked myself:
What’s one small step I can take that’ll help me feel more alive?
My answer?
I signed up for beginner pickleball lessons at my local rec centre.
Which felt like the exact thing I needed…
A chance to move my body, meet new people, and do something different — just for fun.
No BIG steps. No life altering decision.
And no pressure to “have it all figured out.”
Just one small, intuitive step forward.

Maybe you’re not feeling stuck — just ready for a little shift.
A spark. ✨
Something that brings a bit more joy into your days.
And makes you feel more alive.
