Have you ever hit a point where you’re feeling stuck in life?

Not like rock-bottom stuck.
But just ho-hum, why-can’t-I-move-forward kinda stuck.
Like you keep showing up…
Doing what you think you’re supposed to.
But still, nothing’s shifting or taking shape.
Maybe you’re…
🖊️ Journaling every morning and still feeling disconnected.
🌱 Trying to build a business, blog or dream project, but the momentum just isn’t there.
🤷♀️ Saying yes to new things, hoping something clicks, but nothing feels right.
💗 Taking care of everyone else, then wondering why there’s no energy left for you.
🎧 Listening to the podcasts and reading all the books, but still unsure what your next step actually is.
I get it, cuz I’m kinda there myself right now.

Trying to grow my business.
Putting in the hours.
Yet sometimes it feels like everything’s standing still.
Which can be sooooo frustrating.
And if you’ve been asking yourself what to do when you feel stuck, you’re not alone.
I know this place → I’ve been here many times before.
Working in jobs that didn’t light me up. 🙁
Waiting for something to change or shift, but not knowing what needed to.
Feeling like I was meant for something more, but not sure what that something more actually was.
I used to think I was doing something wrong.
I told myself I should be moving forward. Making progress.
That all the effort I was putting in should be adding up to something by now.
But here’s what I didn’t realize at the time:
Knowing what to do when you feel stuck in life isn’t about pushing harder.
Sometimes the answer is the opposite — slowing down.
No matter how much I pushed, I couldn’t force myself ahead.
Because I wasn’t meant to push — I was meant to pause.
Looking back now, I realize those times weren’t a waste.
They weren’t punishment for not doing enough.
Or proof I’d made a wrong turn.
They were a necessary part of the process.
An invitation to go inward. To get quiet. 🧘♀️
To figure out what really mattered to me.
And it was in those quiet moments that things began to shift.
My inner voice got clearer.
I started to notice what no longer fit.
And my real (not rushed) ideas begin to take shape.
So if you feel stuck in life right now and don’t know what to do next, I get it.
Why not take a moment to pause, and ask yourself:
What might this quiet stage be trying to show me?
Then see what answer emerges.
Maybe, like me, you’re being invited to slow down.
Not because you’ve lost your way, but because your next step needs space to reveal itself.
The stillness isn’t wasted.
It’s where your truth begins to arise.
Keep listening.
And if you’re in that foggy, stuck space right now and want a little support finding your next steps, I’ve created something that might help.
It’s called Getting Unstuck: How to Gain Clarity On Your Next Steps & Move Forward With Confidence.
A short, gentle guide to help you quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and get clear on your next steps (the ones that actually feel good).
