Today I’m celebrating another small win.
I created a new freebie to help you start living a more purposeful life:
“10 Simple Ways to Start Living a More Purposeful Life (Without Having It All Figured Out)”
And sure, while it may not be a BIG thing…
That’s besides the point.
(Because I believe all our accomplishments are worth celebrating)
And to be honest, it was still quite a bit of work. For me.
Yet even though it was, I loved every damn minute of it…
The writing. The creating of it (to make it look pretty) on Canva.
Even all the techy stuff on Kit to make sure it gets delivered to you quickly and smoothly.
Most importantly, this creative process fed my greater purpose in life…
Helping women find their way back to themselves.
— to who they really are and what they truly want.
So before I check my freebie off my list, and move onto my next *thing*…
(Cuz I’m always excited to do that!)
I wanted to take a moment…
To pause and reflect.
And share three lessons I learned along my own creative path.
Lessons to help you keep living your version of a purposeful life:
🦶 Take bite-sized steps:
Like most projects, there were a lot of moving parts.
And if I’d focused on all of them at once, I’d have gotten overwhelmed (and never have completed anything)!
So instead I put my blinders on.
I focused on one small, step at a time.
And before I knew it, my freebie was done!
If you have a project that seems too complicated, big, or scary, break it down into bite-sized, doable steps. And focus on completing one step at a time.
Before you know it, you’ll have reached your destination.
️🙈 Embrace your imperfections:
During my own creation process I got stuck in perfectionistic ‘not-good-enough’ thinking a few times.
And I almost sabotaged my own efforts.
Eventually I accepted that what I was creating was ‘good enough’ — and kept moving forward.
So your steps aren’t perfect? Who cares? At least you’re moving in the right direction…
FORWARD ➡️ towards what makes you happy and gives your life purpose!
🎉 Celebrate your wins:
We don’t celebrate our efforts enough in life!
In fact as women we’re really good at celebrating others’ wins, and downplaying our own.
That’s why when this freebie was done, I called up my friend and we went out to celebrate.
Good food, good wine and good company! The perfect way to honour my own achievement.
No matter how small it might seem to me (or to others).
Next time you accomplish something (big or small) in your life, do me a favour?
Don’t downplay it. Or ignore it.
Instead take a moment to pause and high-five yourself, toast yourself, or do a little happy dance.
Because you and your accomplishments deserve that!
Speaking of which, what’s something you hope to do or achieve this month?
This year? This decade?
Maybe it’s a fun creation (like mine was)…
Or a project, trip, or dream you’ve been putting off?
One that’ll bring more purpose, meaning and joy into your life?
And have you jumping out of bed everyday?
If nothing comes to mind yet…
No prob!
Cuz that’s exactly what my new purpose freebie is all about!
It’s got 10 soul-nudging steps to help you reconnect with yourself and what truly matters to you — so you can create a life that feels good from the inside out!

Because no matter where you are on your journey…
From being crystal clear on what’s next for you and moving towards it with purpose and joy…
To having NO flippin’ idea at all (and needing some help figuring it out), promise me this…
NEVER give up on your dreams!
Because no matter how big or small they are, it’s not too late to pursue them.
They’re YOUR dreams.
Your vision.
Your greater purpose in life.
And that’s always worth pursuing!
